Purposes
Managing appointments, dress rentals and packages, reminders by SMS, email or WhatsApp, loyalty programme. Health information (allergies) is used solely for your safety.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your client area or by writing to contact@zina.tn.
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of our relationship and anonymised after 36 months of inactivity; accounting records are kept as required by law.
